IMPROVING PLANT AVAILABILITY – EXERGY SIGNS THREE NEW CONTRACTS FOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

Recently EXERGY increased its portfolio of After Sales service with the award of new contracts for 7 ORC units, with a validity from 1 to 5 years.

The first is a Standard and Predictive Maintenance contract for the Pico Alto Geothermal Power Plant, starting January 2019 to December 2020. This contract will allow the customer to benefit Exergy’s high level after sales assistance for any maintenance issues thanks to a constant Remote Assistance (online & phone) by Exergy technician. Moreover, the contract foresees preventive monitoring and replacement of malfunctioning parts, together with seal, filter and fluid replacement. EXERGY guarantees the annual availability of the plant for all the duration of the contract.

Also the Turkish repeat customer GreenEco trusted Exergy’s after sales service signing a new contract for After Sales assistance which includes the same services as for the Pico Alto power plant. In this case the contract will be valid starting from January 2019 to December 2023 for the first 4 units, the last unit – Saraykoy 5, that was awarded end of 2018 – will be covered by Exergy’s aftersales service, starting June 2019 until May 2024.

Finally, a third After Sales contract was signed for the waste heat recovery plant, located in Bulgaria, Targovishte, for Standard Maintenance services. The contract is ongoing since January 2019 and will expire at the end of the year.

Relying on Exergy’s After Sales service means having a trained and experience team, with a deep understanding of the customer plant and able to quickly detect any possible issue and solve it proficiently. Exergy’s after sales service support to customers result in record availability> 99% for all EXERGY’s plants under service contracts.
