CHINESE GROUP TICA ACQUIRES SEBIGAS AND STRENGHTEN ITS POSITION IN THE RENEWABLE ENERGY MARKET

Following a winning auction bid the Chinese Group secured the acquisition of the biogas plant designer and supplier under the sphere of the Maccaferri Industrial Group. This is the second energy company of the Maccaferri Group passing under the sphere of the Chinese Group after the acquisition of EXERGY S.p.A., in September 2019.
