EXERGY’s After Sales team is specifically trained and experienced about the technical characteristics of our ORC plants.
This allows for quick, effective and reliable in-house assistance for any issue.
The After Sales service offers 24/7 support through remote assistance tools and with on-site visits by experienced members of the Exergy maintenance team when required. Exergy’s after sales service support to our customers result in record availability, > 99% for all EXERGY’s plants under service contracts.
The EXERGY service offering is valid from the start-up of the ORC module, and is additional to the plants warranty (WI), which is part of the machinery supply contract.
